About the Eastern Connecticut Paranormal Society
The Eastern Connecticut Paranormal Society (ECPS) is a Connecticut-based paranormal research and historical documentation organization dedicated to the systematic, evidence-based investigation of reported paranormal phenomena. Our work emphasizes archival research, structured field investigation, and public education, with a strong focus on historical context and responsible inquiry.
Our Mission
The mission of the Eastern Connecticut Paranormal Society is to examine reported paranormal phenomena through evidence-based methods, interdisciplinary collaboration, and critical analysis, while preserving historical integrity and public trust.
Our mission is simple: to find the truth by examining claims within their historical, environmental, and cultural context — without sensationalism — and to support individuals, institutions, and preservation efforts through responsible documentation and public education.
Research-driven investigation. Historical context first. Documentation over speculation.
Research Team
The Eastern Connecticut Paranormal Society is composed of individuals with diverse professional backgrounds and complementary skill sets. Team members contribute to research, documentation, analysis, and public education based on their training, experience, and areas of focus.
Roles are defined by function rather than hierarchy. All investigative and archival work follows shared methodological and documentation standards to ensure consistency, accountability, and responsible reporting.
